　　According to the work arrangement of carbon black branch, a working meeting of council unit is held in the second half of each year to discuss the problems existing in the industry and the solutions, so as to guide the healthy and sustainable development of carbon black industry. This year is the new year of China Rubber Industry Association. According to the regulations of the Ministry of civil affairs and the articles of association of China Rubber Industry Association, the governing units and some member representatives of each branch shall participate in the election and exercise the election power

　　In order to reduce the conference burden of the enterprise, it is decided that the first Council (expansion) meeting of the eighth session of carbon black branch will be held during the term change of the general assembly, free of conference fee, and the accommodation fee shall be borne by itself.
