The past year has been a year of hard work, hard work and pride for the industry. The carbon black industry is advancing in the drift, and the demand still keeps a certain speed of growth, but the growth rate slows down obviously; the overall profit level drops, the competition is increasingly fierce, small enterprises are difficult to operate, and the industry concentration is steadily improving; the industry technology and equipment level, environmental protection level, management level and comprehensive utilization level promoted by large and medium-sized enterprises are rapidly improving, and the industry access threshold is further raised. High. The export volume and delivery value of carbon black products increased significantly. In 2011, the output of carbon black is expected to reach 3.9 million tons, achieving a profit of 500 million yuan (excluding non member units), and the export of carbon black is 480000 tons. The qualification rate of carbon black products is further improved. However, the situation of serious overcapacity and excessive market competition has not been improved. The profit margin level of the whole industry is low. According to the statistics of carbon black branch, the profit margin level of the industry's sales revenue is only about 2%, which is the lowest one in the whole rubber industry. The shortage and high price of raw oil will perplex China's carbon black industry for a long time. However, after entering the first year of the 12th Five Year Plan, the carbon black market will enter a stable development period and follow the market rules.

 

In 2012, the carbon black industry will still be in a steady development period, with further improvement of production capacity, rapid promotion of merger and reorganization of the industry, strengthened R & D of new products, and new carbon black products for green tires and in line with EU environmental protection requirements will be launched.
